CS5 Binder Style

These are based on the psdtuts+ address book tutorial which I've been playing around with lately. I think they make cool binder-style CS5 icons to replace the sort of flat and unexciting new CS5 "book" style default icons. There are 42 ICNS, PNGs & ICO files for 1- of the most popular apps plus generic and blank versions. Let me know if you want others.
