I love CloudApp for the Mac. It's free, fast, and utilitarian. I was using FileChute but CloudApp just plain works better. I love the menubar droplet, the auto-copy URL to clipboard, the auto-URL shortening, and all the helpful Rain Drops (and even the odd little auto-screenshot upload feature). My only beef is with the big, clunky, animated menubar icons that you get by default. I am a "clean menubar" kind of guy. I've been using queo's Menubar Clean Icons with a few of my own mods so I had to make a set of smaller, cleaner animated menubar icons to match. In this makeover kit you'll get the full suite of animated menubar icons, a new app icon, and even a handy read me file on how to use everything.

Dude, can you do one of these for Thoughtback, in the black and white manner? This is sick! I used these to replace my dropbox status icons. Gorgeous!

Yeah, they are that's because when I tried to make them small AND sharp they came out like small squares. Here's what they looked like [link] defined edges but a little to squared off at that small size. It's a trade off.

I've got a cleaner version but I'm not sure it's better, can you try these two main resources [link] (unzip the two PNGs in this archive and overwrite the two existing PNGs of the same name in your CloudApp/Contents/Resources folder) and try it? They should look like this [link] when in use. Is this the cleaner edge appearance you're looking for?

Those two menubar icons, Volume and Airport, are part of Queo's original Menubar Clean Icons release on MacTheme Forums here [link] you can also download that package here [link] if you can't find it on MTF. It's a great release that I've used for years and has a ton of clean icons that are extremely well down.
