I hate the default traffic lights on iTunes and I hate when they do a major update to iTunes and none of the existing themes work! So this is a new "Metal Muku" theme for the new Mac iTunes 9.1 if you want to ditch the default. This is an iTunes.rsrc resource file, use this file to overwrite the default /Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/iTunes.rsrc file (make an archive back-up first of course). This is made to go with my Metalik Muku mod and my Flocked Finder Background mod.

Credit and thanks to Daisuke Yamashita for the original Muku theme and Jesse Dodds for the Metal Muku theme on which this is based.

UPDATE #1: Fixed a minor alignment problem with un-highlighted resources and did a new, more metallic volume slider with some light grab markings. I'm working on new play controls too. All from scratch since I don't have a copy of Metal Muku iTunes resources (if they were ever done int he past, I don't know for sure) to port over.

UPDATE #2: Added a metal theme'd progress window with no gloss, some lighting effects around the progress window, a flat metallic window background, and metal scroll bars.

I am using this same file with 9.2.1 (5) and it's working great. Did you have a specific problem? So far it seems like it's compatible.

It doesn't render the books and application sections properly, but beyond that, yeah, it works.
